  • Due to cautionary safety measures for our staff members, we are only showing vacant units to pre-approved applicants. We have pictures and/or videos of the properties online on our website at www.MyCDRS.org/rentals  so potential renters can virtually view properties before applying should they chose. 

  • Renters insurance required on all rental properties. Renters Insurance in the amount of $150,000 or more liability required for renters with pets or animals.  Please keep in mind that pets are not necessarily accepted on all properties. Written authorization for any pets is required.  ALL dogs require a "bite report". If you have any questions, please discuss further with one of our experienced agents.

  • Be careful of fraud! Here at Capital Development Realty Services Inc, we have been in business for over 30 years, 20 years here in the High Desert. If you are looking at properties not listed with a verifiable Real Estate Management Company, do not give money without seeing proof of ownership and identity. Working with a verifiable Real Estate Management Company is the safest way to rent.
